You can cancel any time by just giving us a quick email requesting cancellation. Your website will be scanned for viruses and compressed into a file with a database file. This will aid you in moving your website to another hosting provider. If you opted out of our hosting offer and cancel, we simply leave your website alone and stop providing management services. All our access is then removed.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
We stand by our service 100%, however if you don’t seem like its working out you are free to cancel and request for a refund within 30 days from invoice or payment date.
