Why pay for Premium Shopify Support?

Any and all purchase premium Shopify themes come standard with free support from their respective authors. However, this type of support is very limited to answering basic questions and fixing little theme bugs. Theme authors do not include code customization with their support and often will refer you to third-parties asking them to make any / all changes to your theme code. You guessed it, working with third-parties 99 percent of the time doesn’t work out the way you would hope for. Our premium support plans, are mainly paying for code customizations, but we also throw in some awesome other perks as well!

How does billing work?

When you make the decision to sign up, you enter into an automatic monthly, quarterly, or yearly subscription plan. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged automatically each month, quarter, or year until you cancel. We do kindly ask for a minimum three month commitment when signing up only to start things off, but after those three months you can cancel any time. All you have to do to cancel is contact us.

I have multiple stores, do you offer custom plans?

We sure do. Don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly through the form below and let us know, how many stores you have, and provide links to them. We will be happy to work with you setting you up with a custom plan.

What happens when I don't use tasks for a given month?

Each task assigned for a given month that you can use expires within its given month. Currently, we don’t support rolling over any unused task credits.

What do you consider a 'small custom job'?

A ‘small custom job’ is a small tweak to any part of your theme. Another simply put its any job that takes less than an hour to complete. For example, re-styling the look and color of your buttons, resizing a banner or hero image, installing an app or Facebook Pixel. This is only a small subset of examples and with the open ability to do anything with Shopify platform the list can go on and on. Reach out to us and see what we can do for you.

Can I use this service for initial Shopify store setup?

Yes, you can. If you are just starting out all we require for you to do is go through our sign up, select the type of plan you would like and provide us with your store information. Almost immediately we will connect with you and initially setup your Shopify store for you as part of our commitment.

Can I combine small tasks to do larger task?

Yes. For example, if your subscription plan provides you with five small tasks per month, you can combine these tasks together into one large task that takes no longer then five hours.
